The Zeiss LSM880 FCS has three fluorescence and one transmitted light detector. One Fluorescence detector is a GaAsP photon counting detector. It is an inverted system with full environmental capability, and it is capable of doing Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy as well as imaging dim fluorescence probes.
